MATERIALS / EVERYDAY USE
Start with
the actual surface.
Fabric and leather directions vary by furniture form. Confirm the exact composition, finish and care guidance for the material agreed in your order.
Before you confirm the finish.
- Keep the material name, colour reference and coverage with the product ID.
- Ask which physical samples or exact finish photographs are available.
- Discuss pets, sunlight, frequency of use and cleaning needs with the team.
- Request the relevant care guidance and any performance information before relying on it.
Illustrative colour previews do not establish an exact dye lot, tested stain resistance or leather grade.
Use material-specific instructions.
Follow the care instructions supplied for your actual finish. Avoid selecting a cleaning product from colour or texture alone; test only as directed by that material’s guidance.
If you need help after delivery, include your order reference and a clear photograph in your email or WhatsApp message.
