- What stays: the furniture, art and objects you already want to build around.
Use your preferences to choose furniture, lighting, rugs and accessories for the space you already have. We can discuss furniture placement, proportion, materials and colour for one room or several.

Make the fit

Check the overall dimensions of your selected configuration, the space around it and the route into your home. A beautiful piece needs room to be used comfortably.
- For sofas: review the complete arrangement, left or right orientation, overall footprint and the individual pieces included. Ask about seat height, seat depth and cushioning for your preferred way of sitting.
- For beds: compare the mattress fit and the external frame dimensions separately. Alitery’s Full, Queen, King and California King options use US mattress sizes in every market. Check the measurements against your actual mattress.
- For tables and chairs: consider knee space, chair clearance and the room needed to pull seats out.
Custom dimensions are available beyond the options shown online. Share a measured floor plan, your preferred size and photographs. We confirm the suitable construction, final dimensions and bespoke quotation before production; the displayed price remains for the listed option.

Colour is one part of the decision. Texture, light, feel and care are just as personal. Explore the options curated for your chosen design, then discuss the exact material with our team.
- Tell us about sunlight, everyday use, children or pets, and how much maintenance suits you.
- Ask for the material name, composition or leather specification, care instructions and any verified performance information relevant to your needs.
- Confirm physical sample availability and arrangements. Look at the sample in your own room and lighting before finalising a colour.
Screen previews help you explore a direction. They do not establish the final material, exact colour or performance. When a matching preview is unavailable, the chosen direction still needs image and sample confirmation.
Our fabric quotations include standard upholstery. You can also request premium and specialist fabrics or leather grades beyond the online palette. Premium materials and custom dimensions receive a separate quotation. Existing leather options retain their stated grade and price. Changing colour within the same material grade does not add a colour surcharge.

You may be choosing one lasting focal point, completing a room or planning in stages. Share the budget you are comfortable with and what matters most to you. We can discuss where to focus and how new pieces work with what you already own.
Our value is in the complete proposal: the furniture, its agreed specification and the support that helps it work in your home. The displayed price relates to a product option; the final proposal should make the full selection clear. Review the configuration, material grade, quantity, currency, included items, taxes and any additional services together.
Design support, matched to your project. Furniture styling costs US$1,500. With furniture purchases from US$10,000, the fee is reduced by 50% to US$750; from US$20,000, furniture styling is complimentary. The included styling scope and purchase qualification are confirmed in your proposal. Full interior design is scoped separately by ALITERY Interior Design Studio on the main site. Studio Membership includes furniture styling at US$750; a better qualifying purchase reduction applies instead, with no duplicate discount. Changing your delivery country changes the displayed currency. Local prices use dated exchange rates; the written quotation confirms your final price and payment arrangements.

Complimentary door-to-door delivery is available to the United States, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, Malaysia, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates. Confirm timing and the access requirements for your address in your quotation.
Measure doors, stairs, lifts and turning points against the packed dimensions. Discuss placement, assembly or project installation where needed; these are separate service arrangements and should be agreed in writing.
If your move-in date matters, share it early. Ask for the production and delivery estimate for your exact selection before committing.

- The exact product, complete configuration, dimensions, material and colour.
- Sample approval, any custom details and everything included in the price.
- The total, currency, taxes, payment stages and quotation validity.
- Estimated production and delivery timing, access and any installation scope.
- Cancellation, returns, warranty, damage reporting and aftercare terms for your order.
These terms are confirmed individually. Ask us to clarify anything you cannot confidently explain back before you approve or pay.
