Selecting a plan asks us to include it in your furniture quotation. It does not activate paid membership. We confirm the annual fee, verify payment manually, then issue your membership dates and activation details. Your written confirmation states the start and expiry dates.
No automatic renewal is set up through this website. Membership lasts one year from the start date in your confirmation. We arrange any renewal with you and confirm the fee before payment.
Member and Studio prices apply across Alitery furniture: 25% and 30% off the corresponding regular furniture price for the same specification. Displayed prices cover the stated material grade and configuration. For premium materials or bespoke dimensions, we first quote the agreed furniture specification, then show its regular and member amounts together. Furniture prices include import duties and applicable local taxes. Design, installation and membership fees follow their separate pricing rules.
Choose your delivery destination to view its currency and furniture prices. Malaysia, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates display USD furniture prices with the same regional adjustment as Hong Kong. Hong Kong displays HKD. Member furniture prices use the corresponding destination’s regular furniture price, with the regional adjustment applied once. Membership fees and design services remain based in USD and receive no regional furniture adjustment. Your quotation confirms the final amount including import duties and applicable local taxes, plus any separately agreed services.
Studio Membership includes complimentary bespoke material samples with shipping included: fabric, leather and colour or finish boards, selected around your furniture and customisation brief. Your adviser confirms the sample list and delivery details with you. This benefit is exclusive to Studio; it is not included with Alitery Member or regular pricing. Selecting a sample request does not arrange an automatic shipment.
Yes. We can discuss dimensions, configurations, materials and colours with every customer. The quotation confirms the exact specification and material grade. Same-grade colour changes carry no surcharge; custom sizes and specialist material upgrades are quoted to the agreed specification.
Studio reduces the furniture styling fee from US$1,500 to US$750. If your furniture purchase qualifies for a better design reduction, we apply that instead. Benefits do not stack: a qualifying complimentary furniture styling remains complimentary. Advanced design and any additional service scope are quoted separately.
Ask us before confirming payment. Your written quotation and membership confirmation set out the applicable membership, order-change and cancellation terms. Our team will confirm how any change affects your furniture prices and membership before you proceed.
Styling fee thresholds use the discounted furniture subtotal, expressed in USD. Styling fees can be credited toward your furniture purchase. Furniture styling includes three rounds of revisions to the complete proposal. Confirm the credit application, payment timing, included rooms and deliverables in your written proposal.
