Furniture styling costs US$1,500. With furniture purchases from US$10,000, the fee is reduced by 50% to US$750; from US$20,000, furniture styling is complimentary. Production and shipping are separate stages. Timing for custom furniture and the delivery schedule for your specific order are confirmed in your quotation.
If your furniture arrives damaged or with a quality issue, both standard and made-to-order pieces are eligible for cancellation, return or exchange without penalty.
Refunds are returned to the original payment account within 14 days. A replacement is completed within 10 days when local stock is available, or takes 40 days when local stock is unavailable. The start date for each period is confirmed in your written resolution.
