For a room or a whole home, our team can coordinate furniture, movable lighting, rugs, accessories and furniture placement in your preferred style. Existing cabinetry and counters are considered only for furniture fit. Fixed interior changes and project drawings are scoped separately by the Interior Design Studio on the main site. Furniture styling costs US$1,500. With furniture purchases from US$10,000, the fee is reduced by 50% to US$750; from US$20,000, furniture styling is complimentary. The included styling scope and purchase qualification are confirmed in your proposal. Full interior design is scoped separately by ALITERY Interior Design Studio on the main site. Studio Membership includes furniture styling at US$750; a better qualifying purchase reduction applies instead, with no duplicate discount. Production and shipping are separate stages. Timing for custom furniture and the delivery schedule for your specific order are confirmed in your quotation.
If your furniture arrives damaged or with a quality issue, both standard and made-to-order pieces are eligible for cancellation, return or exchange without penalty.
Refunds are returned to the original payment account within 14 days. A replacement is completed within 10 days when local stock is available, or takes 40 days when local stock is unavailable. The start date for each period is confirmed in your written resolution.
