Agreed before we begin.
Your agreed brief sets out the product selections, colour and material direction, furniture proportions and placement suggestions, and procurement list. Confirm the rooms and specific deliverables before work begins.
The current styling fee schedule.
Fee brackets use the discounted furniture subtotal, expressed in USD. The styling fee can be credited toward furniture purchases. The complete agreed furniture styling proposal includes three rounds of revisions; this is not an allowance per room or per piece. Confirm the credit application, payment timing, included rooms and deliverables in your written proposal. Any additional work and its fee must be agreed before it begins.

Styling fees and purchase thresholds are based in USD.
The included styling scope and purchase qualification are confirmed in your proposal. Local equivalents use currency conversion; regional furniture price adjustments do not change these USD-based service fees or thresholds.
Furniture styling does not include full interior design. More involved design or project work is scoped separately by ALITERY Studio.

Furniture purchases are discussed on WhatsApp. Contracting, payment collection and aftercare are handled by Foshan Alitry Furniture Company Limited. Customer service is available 24 hours a day, Monday to Saturday, Los Angeles time (America/Los_Angeles, including daylight saving time). Review the request before sending; the channel below states whether it saves an on-site request or opens a draft for you to send.

Can I furnish more than one room?
Yes. Furniture-only selection and procurement stay with the Shop, including several rooms or a whole home. One room that needs fixed renovation design goes to ALITERY Studio.
What do I receive?
Your outputs follow the agreed furniture brief. See Fees & scope for the deliverables, fee basis and revision allowance.
Does this approve measured fit or custom production?
No. Check actual room and delivery-route measurements against the final product and packed dimensions. Custom feasibility, material samples, drawings and the written quotation must be agreed before production.
How long do production and shipping take?
Production for standard furniture typically takes 35 days. Shipping typically takes one month.
Production and shipping are separate stages. Timing for custom furniture and the delivery schedule for your specific order are confirmed in your quotation.
What if furniture arrives damaged or has a quality issue?
If your furniture arrives damaged or with a quality issue, both standard and made-to-order pieces are eligible for cancellation, return or exchange without penalty.
Refunds are returned to the original payment account within 14 days. A replacement is completed within 10 days when local stock is available, or takes 40 days when local stock is unavailable. The start date for each period is confirmed in your written resolution.
